yes, i am writing an entire post about ice cream.
yesterday, michelle got back from a week in st. lucia. we were supposed to meet for ice cream, but in typical liat fashion, her flight was delayed in antigua, so we had to cancel. but once i had it in my head, i couldn't not get ice cream. so i got some from the freezer at the grocery store, astaphan's. i'd never looked before, and it was $13.90 EC (about $6 US), but god it was good. a pint of real mint chocolate chip ice cream. heavenly.
And In True Fashion... It was also in Michelle's Head so She Got Some Ice Cream With Her Lunch As The Whole Table of Bussiness Men Looked at Me Like I Ordered Some Strange Food...
